Christmas Lunch 2010 updated 19Oct10

The 2010 Association Xmas Lunch will be held this year as usual on the second Wednesday in the month, namely Wednesday 8th December, commencing at 12.30 for 1pm. It will be held as usual in the Hawker YMCA Centre, Richmond Road, Kingston.

Along with the traditional Xmas Fayre, there will be an alternative choice and a vegetarian option, although those requiring the vegetarian option, will need to make their choice known in advance when buying their tickets.

The Menu and cost of £16 per head is the same as last year. Bookings and payments for the Lunch will be taken at the next Association Meeting on Wednesday, November 10th.

For those Members who are unable to attend the Meeting, but who wish to attend the Lunch, payments may be made by cheque via the post through Ken Batstone, who can be contacted by phone on 01932 229938 or at his home address 42 Kings Road, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2RA. Please order your tickets by December 1st latest.

Those people requiring the Vegetarian Main Course need to indicate this on booking. (This information is for the assistance of the Caterer.)

Wives, Husbands, Partners, Girl friends, Boyfriends etc are all welcome to attend!

There will be a Raffle as usual, but with some extra special Christmassy Prizes! (Not all alcoholic ones!).

Last year's Lunch was an excellent event thoroughly enjoyed by all who attended. It was probably the best so far. So this year do come along and make it a bigger, even if not better afternoon.
