On Wednesday, 11th December, the 21st annual Association Xmas Lunch will be held as usual at YMCA Hawker, Lower Ham Road, Kingston, KT2 5BH.

The cost of the Lunch this year will be £20 per person. Holding the price down to this level has resulted in some restrictions to the menu; the main ones being the removal of the Starter Course and the loss of choice. There will not be any crackers or party hats this year!(cheers and groans)

Please note that there is no £2 payment on arrival for the Xmas Lunch.

I hope that as many will attend the Lunch this year as did last year and those wishing to attend should send a Cheque for £20 per head, made out to The Hawker Association, to Ken Batstone at
42 Kings Road, Walton on Thames, Surrey, KT12 2RA

Please note that all bookings and payments must be received no later than December 6th to allow a definitive number of attendees to be given to the caterers. Any Members who have paid for their Lunch, but find they will be unable to attend after all, will be refunded, providing they inform Ken by December 7th. After this date, payments cannot be refunded.

The Lunch will be served at approximately 13:15 and Members and Guests are requested to arrive from midday, but not before please because the YMCA Staff will still be setting and dressing the tables.

Let us hope that the weather will be as kind to us as it has been for the past few Xmas Lunches. Your Committee is looking forward to welcoming as many of you as possible on December 11th for a sunny, happy and satisfying meal.
